“There is no key to happiness, the door is always open” – Mother Teresa

Happiness is to me an interesting concept. I have always been intrigued to find that some people, who seem so blessed in what life has to offer, are unhappy with their lot, whereas others seem so elated by the little that they have.

My name is Laura.

My friends would describe me as a fun, tea-obsessed, candle and homemade beauty product enthusiast with zero fridge etiquette. I like to think of myself as endearingly ditzy with a very dry sense of humour.

The journey of self-development is something that everyone will go through at one point or another in their life – we will all reevaluate our “bag” at some stage. For me, this journey is still ongoing, but I have found that there are certain changes we can make that help us to perceive our lives in a new light. These are by no means massive overhauls, but are small, manageable steps that we can take to make our lives more positive, happy and healthy… these are some of the things that I would like to share with you, in the hope of making a beneficial impact. This is less about completely changing who you are but more about becoming the best version of it.

Every Tuesday I will publish a new blog with some tips and advice and every month I will be bringing out a 4-week challenge whereby I will trial a new technique for the duration of the month, designed to have a major, positive impact on your life and evaluating the change it has made on mine.

Please feel free to contact me with any ideas you have for discussion or recommendations for any 4-week challenges you would like me to undertake.
